At Advance our strict approach to compliance means that our services can withstand scrutiny by both regulators and our clients.  Our continual improvement attitude towards compliance assists us in adapting to legislative and regulatory change and client specific requirements.

We have a dedicated Compliance and Legal Division within our organisation who are solely committed to ensuring that our services meet compliance and quality standards.  Part of this focus also involves documentation, implementation and maintenance of our certified Quality Assurance Management System across all business divisions.

Our National Compliance and Legal Manager is also a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and holds a current Queensland Law Society practising certificate.  It is this expert knowledge that sets us apart from our competitors in the compliance arena.
